Hi, I’m Yasmine

Over 10 years ago I used to work at a stressful job as a fashion designer. To cope with stress I relied on prescription and recreational drugs as well as alcohol. I suffered from chronic asthma and depression. In my first week of taking yoga classes I started to feel better and my healing journey began. I immersed myself in the science of Yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, Buddhism and modern sciences such as neuroscience and quantum physics to understand the mind-body connection and how we can heal to live life to our fullest potential, inside and out.

Today, I help students applying the powers of ancient Yoga, modern science and transformational coaching to create a thriving lifestyle.
